what i like is watching the parts reassemble, the way the A appears and the double O’s, and sometimes there’s a swaztika, or the hanged man game … i moved things about when working the piece out in my notebook, on the ferry and then a couple of hours at ya ya’s fish house in horseshoe bay … here’s one of the work pages:

this is cool
the top more than bottom to my eye, but it’s cool for bringing ‘spent some time trying to …’ to life, or, for bringing the chaos of life to randy’s piece — i like it here with clean edges, but too, miss the dirty edges in the original

i miss my firepit and pot of simmering beeswax
and charcol and drawing with the mixture on
4 X 8 sheets of pressboard but the concoction
would clog my scanner
i’ve had the pleasure of vj’ing a bit in the
past couple of years and babel’s vector
graghics really suit that aesthetic, i guess,
like kraftwork’s videos

Ah, this would be good to add to the script comments… the non-display of new letters is probably because the additional characters need to be added to the embedded fonts menu, on the dynamic textbox layer.
