runran is a Canadian media artist with a background in creative writing, journalism and the visual arts … he maintains a Flickr site … collaborative media works can be found at R3/\/\1X\/\/0RX … this blog replaces notablog [ links and social commentary ]

runran has been working online with digital media since 1997 as artist, professional editor and web designer; he is author of the book Eternal Prairie: Exploring Rural Cemeteries of the West and co-editor of Transdisciplinary Digital Art Sound, Vision and the New Screen; his photography has been exhibited in public galleries and his work has been published in various newspapers and magazines including Canadian Geographic and Photo Life; his prose poems have been published online and in journals including The Honest Ulsterman; for the past few years he has performed as a VJ with an international group of artists under the umbrella of Exploding, Plastic & Inevitable.
